HelpLine serves as the entry point for residents applying for help from CLA. HelpLine staff provide equitable support to applicants, offer applicant transitions from collaborative partner referrals, and also provide additional legal information and referrals for people who are not eligible for CLA’s services.

Collecting pre-sentence investigation, post-sentence investigation, judicial release and expungement reports on investigated individuals for the Court of Common Pleas.
A yearlong program with four phases that begins during sentencing and continues throughout the transfer to a correctional facility, during incarceration and as the individual transitions back into the community.
